Aria is an AI planner for iPhone, iPad and Mac. Say it, and it becomes tasks, events and notes — your to-do list, calendar and daily planner in one conversation.
What Aria does
- Type or speak, and Aria files it as tasks, events or scraps. Undo right on the card.
- A morning briefing of two or three sentences on what matters today, and an evening look at what’s left and what comes first tomorrow.
- Today, Upcoming, Someday and Inbox, plus Day, 3-Day, Week and Month calendar views. Drag a task onto the grid to schedule it.
- Repeating tasks, subtasks, categories, routines with streaks, deadline alerts that step up, and location reminders.
- Scraps, Time Capsule and Synapse connect what you save. Search by meaning, not just exact words.
- Home and Lock Screen widgets, Siri and Shortcuts. Sign in with Apple to sync iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Everything except AI is free, and AI is free up to a daily allowance. Aria is built on generative AI, and nothing is sent to an AI provider until you agree.
